YOUR INFORMATION
Privacy should be practical and clear.
Last updated: 25 August 2026. This notice explains how BahtStretcher, operated by the site owner, handles information when you browse the site or join the community.
Information we handle
- Private account information: your email address, encrypted authentication credentials and account identifier.
- Public identity: your chosen display name, username, profile and approved contributions.
- Community content: posts, budgets, replies, uploaded images, reactions, reports and name-change requests.
- Safety information: moderation decisions, report details, bans, blocks and limited technical records needed to operate and protect the community.
Your email and password are not displayed publicly. Do not upload passports, visas, bank or card details, home addresses, private conversations or other identifying documents.
Why we use it
We use account information to provide membership and login features; public identity and contributions to operate the community; and moderation, reports and technical records to prevent abuse, fraud and unsafe content. These uses support delivery of the service, the site's legitimate interest in running a safe community, and any legal obligations that apply.
Automated safety checks
New posts, replies and uploaded images may be checked automatically for spam, scams, harassment, sexual abuse, dangerous material and exposed personal information. Clearly safe content may be published automatically. Uncertain content is held for the owner to review. Automated checks do not ban members by themselves, and the owner can approve, reject or hide content.
Service providers
Supabase provides member authentication. OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare provide website, database and image-storage infrastructure. EvoLink.ai routes moderation requests to the configured Gemini model. Information may therefore be processed by these providers where necessary to supply their services, including outside the United Kingdom under their applicable safeguards and terms.
Images and storage
Uploaded images are compressed, converted to a web-friendly format and stripped of ordinary embedded metadata before storage. Images and community records are retained while the account or contribution remains active, or for as long as reasonably needed to handle safety, disputes and legal obligations.
Your choices and rights
You can view your public profile, request an approved public-name change, edit or delete your own contributions, block members and permanently delete your member account from the account page. Account deletion removes the member login, profile, posts, replies and uploaded images and cannot be undone.
Deleted means deleted: BahtStretcher does not provide a recovery service for content or accounts after permanent deletion is confirmed. Related live community records and stored images are removed as part of the deletion process. Limited information may still be retained where required for security, legal compliance or by infrastructure providers under their own short-term operational retention.
You may also have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict, object to or obtain a copy of personal information, depending on the circumstances. To raise a privacy request, use an in-site report, choose Other, and clearly write “Privacy request” with the details. UK users may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
Essential login storage
The site stores essential authentication information in your browser so you can remain signed in. BahtStretcher does not currently use advertising cookies or sell member information.
Security and changes
Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are used, but no online service can promise absolute security. This notice may be updated when the service changes; the date above shows the latest revision.
